IT Trainer
What you’ll be doing:
- Shall act as the Presenter / Trainer/ SME across for MS office 2010 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access) applications and Windows 7, and will be to point of contact for training and knowledge transfer as required.
- Produce training materials and learning guides
- Takes lead in developing instructional materials such as presentation slides, and Quick Reference Guides to support training for staff
- Prepares and submits monthly activity reports which will include training topics, participant count, and combined participant evaluations among other information
- Posts training results and activities for the benefit of Resident Missions through online and other appropriate channels whenever appropriate
What you’ll need to qualify for the job:
- At least 5-7 years IT Training experience specifically with productivity tools
- With knowledge of MS Office Suite 2010 of products (specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access) and Windows 7 to an advance level
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes is an advantage.
- Preferably Certified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Strong presentation skills to encourage high level of interaction and participation in training sessions
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to adjust to dynamically changing demands and requests for engagement
- Ability to translate IT concepts and terminology into language that non-IT people can understand
