SYSTEMS ANALYST
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform systems design work to develop applications meeting the business requirements of users
- Prepare complex system specifications to meet user requirements
- Perform systems testing of multiple modules in a system
- Competent to handle a variety of programming assignments such as block diagramming, coding, testing debugging, documenting, and implementing information systems
- Successfully train users in the use of information systems tools
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training in systems analysis, programming and inter-personal skills provided
- More than five (5) years’ experience in a senior system analyst role, two (2) of which should be working with senior users
- Extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation
- Experience with the use of Eclipse IDE, Struts framework, and Java programming language
- Experience using UML to document system design
- Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
- Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
